Plant Head – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead overall plant operations, production, productivity, quality and manpower management. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Forging, Casting, Heat Treatment, CNC, VMC and HMC.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete plant operations and production activities.
- Handle and lead 500–700+ manpower.
- Manage Forging, Casting and Heat Treatment processes.
- Oversee CNC, VMC and HMC machining operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Drive productivity, OEE, cost reduction and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and HR.
- Monitor plant performance and resolve production-related issues.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives.




- Ensure workplace safety, discipline and process compliance.

Requirements
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy or related field.
- 18–25+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience as Plant Head / Factory Head / Unit Head / Operations Head.
- Robust exposure to Forging, Casting, Heat Treatment and Machining.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC.
- Proven experience managing 500–700+ manpower.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
