KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules.

- Develop baseline schedules, construction programs, and work plans.

- Monitor actual project progress against planned targets.

- Identify delays, deviations, and critical activities and report them to management.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor manpower, material, machinery, and other resources as per project requirements.

- Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules in case of delays.

- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of planned activities.

- Conduct regular site progress reviews and maintain accurate progress records.

- Prepare MIS reports and management presentations related to project progress.

- Maintain project planning documentation and records.





- Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution as per approved schedules.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Planning/Project Controls.

- Must have experience working on High-Rise Building Projects.

- Hands-on experience in Farvision software is required.

- Solid knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.

- Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects will be preferred.

- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
