Role & responsibilities :

Ensure timely preparation of Quantity estimation by the team on priority wise and do the necessary review to ensure accuracy

Ensure timely preparation of rate analysis based on present material/ machinery/ labour rates by the team and do the necessary review to ensure accuracy

Verifying comparative statement of HO rate analysis Vs Client BOQ Vs Site proposals with cost implications

Participate in discussions with Project Coordinators, Project In-charges , including Subcontractors (if required) for finalization of rates.

Collating all supporting documents like quantity estimation, rate analysis, summery of estimated rates, comparison statement client BOQ, drawings etc. for rate approvals





Ensuring filing of documents of rate approvals approved by management

Verifying (as per the terms & conditions of WO, client certification etc.,) & Certification of Subcontract/Labour Bills for further process

Ensure timely ERP approvals for addition of material BOQs for all the projects

Collection of standard data of all the states and also SORs for all the items of different departments as a reference

Preferred candidate profile

Should have experience in Water Projects and Irrigation projects.

Client Billing and Contractor Billing.

Candidate should site Experience.
