We are looking for a young, energetic, and result-oriented professional with 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Campus Placements, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, or Higher Education. The ideal candidate should possess a go-getter attitude, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build strong industry relationships while driving student career outcomes across multiple academic disciplines.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic corporate partnerships, expanding the recruiter network, facilitating internships and placements, enhancing student employability, and managing end-to-end campus recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Relations & Industry Engagement

- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with leading organizations across sectors including Technology, Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Analytics, Healthcare, Retail, Media, Startups, GCCs, and other emerging industries.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters while nurturing long-term relationships with existing hiring partners.
- Represent the University at industry forums, HR conclaves, networking events, and corporate engagement initiatives.
- Develop strategic collaborations through MoUs, industry partnerships, mentorship programs, internships, live projects, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

2. Campus Recruitment & Internship Management

- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment and internship activities across assigned schools and academic programs.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, group discussions, and offer management.
- Coordinate with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.




- Drive achievement of placement and internship targets while improving recruiter participation and student conversions.

3. Student Employability & Career Development

- Design and implement initiatives to enhance student employability and career readiness.
- Collaborate with academic teams to bridge industry skill gaps.
- Coordinate training programs on aptitude, communication, interview skills, resume building, professional etiquette, and domain-specific competencies.
- Mentor students on career planning, internships, higher education opportunities, and emerging career pathways.

4. Placement Operations & Process Excellence

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from employer outreach to student onboarding.
- Maintain placement databases, recruiter records, offer trackers, and student profiles.
- Ensure adherence to placement policies, timelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously improve processes through automation, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

5. Data Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare placement dashboards, MIS reports, recruiter engagement reports, placement statistics, and compensation analysis.
- Track hiring trends, industry demand, conversion ratios, and key performance indicators.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning and continuous improvement.

6. Stakeholder Management





- Serve as the primary interface between students, faculty, recruiters, alumni, and senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Engage alumni for mentorship, referrals, guest lectures, networking, and recruitment support.

7. Industry Connect & Experiential Learning

- Facilitate internships, live projects, industry visits, expert talks, competitions, innovation challenges, and experiential learning initiatives.
- Promote industry-academia collaboration to improve student exposure and career readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Campus Recruitment, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, HR, or Career Services.
- Young, energetic, self-driven, and passionate about building industry relationships.
- Strong networking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel for corporate engagement and business development activities.
