We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Transmission Line Tower manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, monitoring manufacturing progress, and ensuring timely completion of production targets

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for Transmission Line Tower manufacturing.
- Plan production based on project requirements, drawings, BOQs, raw material availability, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering,



Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams.
- Plan and monitor the complete manufacturing cycle, including cutting, punching, bending, drilling, fit-up, welding, assembly, galvanizing, and dispatch.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity.
- Track WIP, production status, material availability, and pending activities.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, production reports, planning reports, and progress dashboards.
- Coordinate with the project and dispatch teams to ensure production is aligned with delivery commitments.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, rejection/rework, and material wastage.
- Conduct regular review meetings with relevant departments and follow up on action points.
- Ensure effective production planning as per customer/project priorities.

- Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Transmission Line Tower manufacturing.
- Strong experience in PPC, production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Positive understanding of Transmission Line Tower manufacturing processes.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple production priorities and meet strict delivery schedules.
