We're Hiring: PHP / MySQL / React Developer

Experience: 3–5 years of professional software development experience

Role Overview:

We're looking for a full-stack developer to build and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, and React, with robust ownership of both backend and frontend work.

Must-Have Skills:

- PHP – OOP, Composer, PSR standards, REST API development
- MySQL – schema design, query writing, indexing & optimization
- React – hooks, component architecture, state management, API integration
- Git, REST APIs, and standard engineering best practices
- Experience implementing authentication & role-based authorization (sessions/JWT)

Positive to Have:

- Node.js & PostgreSQL
- Docker & Docker Compose (containerization)
- AWS/GCP (deployment, storage, managed DBs, CI/CD)
- AI agent tooling – Claude, Gemini, or similar (API integration, prompt engineering, agentic workflows)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain backend services (PHP + MySQL)
- Develop responsive,



componentized React interfaces
- Implement secure authentication and role-based access control
- Write clean, secure, well-tested code; participate in code reviews
- Optimize database queries and application performance
- Collaborate with product/design teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to containerization, cloud deployment, and AI-assisted dev workflows where applicable

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong communicator, able to work independently
- Solid grasp of relational DB design and SQL performance tuning
- Comfortable owning both backend and frontend delivery

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
