Hiring – Phlebotomist

Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Hospital: 30-Bedded ENT & IVF Speciality Hospital

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood and other clinical samples from OP, IP and other patient areas.
- Perform venipuncture and sample collection accurately and safely.
- Ensure proper patient identification, labeling and handling of specimens.
- Follow infection-control and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Maintain sample collection records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
- Handle patients professionally and provide a comfortable sample collection experience.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.

Skills: Positive communication, patient-handling skills, attention to detail and basic knowledge of laboratory procedures. Immediate joiners preferred.
