Role Description The Pharma Medical Representative (MR) role at Strengthiva for Gaya HQ (Bihar) is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The MR will visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products, ensuring accurate and compliant product information is shared. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting field visits, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and managing product presentations and samples.

The role also involves tracking sales performance, following up on orders, handling territory-based targets, and providing consistent customer service to meet client needs.



The MR will prepare periodic reports, participate in internal meetings and trainings, and collaborate with the regional team to support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Medical Sales skills, including territory management and product promotion to healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present products clearly and build effective relationships with doctors and pharmacists.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to queries, provide accurate information, and maintain long-term professional connections.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, dosage, and safety information.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet sales targets, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
