Role & responsibilities

- Deliver advanced lectures on complex Physics concepts based on the syllabus given by CISCE Board.

- Design rigorous lesson plans that bridge theoretical concepts with mathematical problem-solving techniques.

- Integrate modern teaching methodologies, utilizing smart boards, simulations, and digital tools to explain abstract scientific theories.

- Conduct regular practical sessions in the Physics lab, ensuring students master experimental setups, error analysis, and accurate data logging.

- Enforce strict safety protocols within the laboratory setting at all times.

- Guide students effectively through their investigatory projects and board-mandated practical examinations.

- Formulate high-standard question papers, worksheets, and mock tests aligned with the latest board patterns.

- Evaluate academic performance rigorously, offering constructive feedback and structured remedial classes for struggling students.

- Provide strategic mentorship for competitive exam aspirants preparing for exams like JEE Main/Advanced and NEET.

- Maintain detailed documentation including academic registers,



syllabus completion, markslips stock registers of Lab, and department reports.

- Collaborate with the science department to organize science exhibitions, quizzes, and inter-school academic competitions.

- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school invigilation duties.

- Subject Expertise: Deep, conceptual command over higher-secondary Physics and calculus-based numerical problems.

- Pedagogical Skills: Excellent classroom management for senior students, strong verbal communication, and the patience to simplify complex ideas.

- Tech-Savviness: Competency in using digital tools, educational software, and laboratory interface instruments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Masters degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) from a recognized university and a B.Ed. degree is mandatory for board compliance.

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes (11th and 12th) in a reputed school.
