Role: Personal Assistant to the Director
Location: Worli, Mumbai | Position: Full-time The Role Every day with the Director can look different. A meeting may move, travel plans may change, a personal commitment may need attention, or an important guest may need to be coordinated.
Your role is to stay one step ahead bringing structure, discretion and calm to a fast-moving day. You will manage the Director’s professional and personal calendar, appointments, travel, meetings and engagements, ensuring that priorities are well planned and nothing important falls through the cracks. You will coordinate with senior stakeholders, colleagues, vendors, consultants and external partners, manage communication and follow-ups, and ensure commitments are taken through to completion.
You may also support personal requirements, hosted dinners and events, guests and day-to-day logistics. From arranging the smallest detail to solving an unexpected problem, you will be expected to take ownership and find practical solutions.

Adaptable and responsive — comfortable managing urgent or last-minute requirements when needed.
Experience
5–7+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar high-touch support role.
Experience supporting a senior leader, CXO, Founder, Entrepreneur, Philanthropic Leader or Family Office preferred .
Solid communication, organisational and digital skills with relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred .
South Mumbai-based candidates preferred . Stable career history and interest in a long-term association preferred .
