We're hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can turn advertising budgets into measurable, repeatable growth.

You will join Solve Axis, the group behind a growing portfolio of brands including Solve LegalX, Solve GlobalX, OK Acquired, and Solve Desk. Reporting to the founders and the CMO, you will help build and run the acquisition engine across the group.

The role calls for someone who can move across different customer segments, offers, and conversion journeys while keeping tight control over performance, research, reporting, and experimentation.

What you'll own

- Google and Meta campaigns across the Solve Axis portfolio, end-to-end: planning, execution, optimization, and scaling.
- A monthly advertising budget allocated across brands, channels, and audiences by performance and business priority.
- Lead generation, remarketing, and customer acquisition campaigns across multiple business categories.
- Campaign metrics, including CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS, translated into clear business decisions.
- You need to have an understanding of how creative’s work in Meta and Google
- Reporting that explains what changed why it changed, and what should be done next.
- Market research in to customer problems, competitor offers, search intent, and audience behavior.
- Structured testing across creative’s, hooks, formats, offers, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- AI-assisted workflows that sharpen research, analysis, reporting, ideation, and execution.

How you'll work
- Work closely with the founders and CMO on strategy, priorities, budgets, and growth decisions.
- Partner with design and content on creative’s, copy, messaging, offers, and campaign narratives.
- Coordinate with the tech team on landing pages, tracking, analytics, and conversion improvements.




- Translate campaign data into clear briefs and recommendations for these teams.
- Keep campaigns, creative’s, landing pages, and tracking working together as one acquisition system.

What you need
- 2–3+years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience personally managing₹3-4 lakh or more in monthly advertising spend.
- Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly for lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Comfort working with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and research ability: turning raw campaign data, competitor offers, and customer behavior into clear recommendations.
- Good creative judgment and a feel for why a campaign or creative’s performing.
- Practical experience using AI tools and AI-assisted work flows in marketing.
- The ability to run campaigns across multiple brands without losing attention to detail.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ownership to move quick in a startup environment.
