- 3–4 years of total experience in Performance Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry

??? ????????????????
- Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & other paid media platforms
- Drive quality travel enquiries and optimize CPL, conversions & ROAS
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting and campaign strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance
- Continuously test ad creatives, audiences and offers

- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation & conversion campaigns
- Understanding of tracking, pixels, analytics and attribution
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Experience working with travel/tourism brands is essential
