About Cleevo

Most cleaning brands sell you water in a big plastic bottle. Cleevo sells the concentrate Non toxic & premium performance at a fair price. It's a better product and a better unit economic, and we're scaling it hard across D2C and e - commerce. We're looking for the person who can turn that edge into a growth engine.

The role

- Location : Chennai - on-site with the founding team
- Type : Full time
- Level : Senior - this is a key hire, not a seat to fill

What you'll own

- Full-funnel performance on Meta - you own the spend, the ROAS, and the scaling calls
- Large monthly budgets, scaled aggressively without torching efficiency
- Account structure, testing frameworks, audience and exclusion hygiene - the plumbing that makes scale possible
- A creative-first approach: partnering tightly on hooks, angles, and formats, because at our scale creative is the real lever, not bid tweaks
- Ownership of the numbers and reading blended efficiency with true unit economics,



not just dashboard ROAS
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder - this is a build role, not a maintain role

Who you are

- 3+ years of D2C performance marketing, ideally in a consumer brand
- Have personally handled large monthly budgets and scaled them
- Understand the entire funnel from acquisition through retention economics
- Creative-first: you think about what the ad says, not just what it costs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and heavy ownership; you want to build, not run someone else's playbook Based in or willing to move to Chennai - this is on-site with the founding team

Bonus

- Experience scaling a brand from ~₹1cr to several cr/month
- Hands-on with creative testing pipelines or UGC at volume
- Ecomm ads depth alongside Meta
