Performance Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce)

About us:

Seventh Triangle is a Shopify Premier Partner martech and commerce agency led by former D2C founders. We run performance, retention, SEO/AEO, CRO and Shopify development for 40+ D2C brands across India, the UK, US and Middle East. We work in short sprints, decide on data, and are accountable to clients for revenue, not impressions.

The role

You will own paid media strategy and execution for 4 to 5 brands. This is not a media-buying seat. We expect you to understand unit economics, know why a brand's repeat rate matters and not just ROAS, and have a view on what the ad should say before the designer opens Figma.

What you will do:

- Plan, run and scale Meta (Advantage+, catalogue, creative testing) and Google (PMax, Shopping, Search) campaigns against CAC, contribution margin and blended MER targets
- Write creative briefs from customer and competitor insight, and work with our design, video and UGC team to ship and test them weekly
- Contribute to brand positioning and messaging for your accounts, not just the ad copy
- Own the retention layer for your accounts: email, WhatsApp and SMS flows,



segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns on Klaviyo, Zepic or similar
- Read GA4, Shopify analytics and ad platform data to find what is actually driving revenue, and change the plan accordingly
- Present weekly and monthly performance to clients, defend the numbers, and recommend the next move
- Coordinate with our Tech, CRO, Design and SEO teams so campaigns land on pages that convert

What this role is not:

- A reporting role where someone else decides the strategy
- A pure CRM or lifecycle role with no paid media
- Lead generation, B2B or SaaS marketing

You have:

- 3+ years running Meta and Google Ads for ecommerce brands, ideally in an agency handling multiple accounts
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one retention tool (Klaviyo, Zepic, WebEngage, MoEngage, Interakt or WATI)
- Working knowledge of D2C economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, repeat rate
- A track record of briefing creative, not just running what you were given
- Comfort presenting to founders and marketing heads
- GA4 and spreadsheet fluency; attribution tool experience is a plus
