Role Description: The ideal candidate will manage lead generation & digital performance marketing activities (paid & organic) for Tesor Designs by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Plan and execute lead generation activities across channels, including SEM (Google), Facebook, Instagram campaigns, Pinterest, emails, SMS, and display advertising campaigns

Actively manage SEO efforts for the website (keyword,



image optimization, etc)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Manage marketing database & create campaigns across customer journey

Create MIS and Dashboards for the benefit of all stakeholders

Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, VR) and recommend where appropriate

Qualifications :

- 1-2 years' experience in performance marketing & lead generation roles.
- 1+ years of work experience with Facebook Ads & Google Ads
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in real estate, interiors, and luxury goods preferred
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools & web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Solid creative and analytical skills
