Role Description This full-time Performance Marketing Expert role is a hybrid position based in South Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, bookings, and engagement for Juniper Outdoor’s treks and climbs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing performance-focused marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns across social and search platforms, tracking and analyzing campaign metrics, and recommending improvements based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with trip calendars,



seasonal offerings, and revenue goals.

Expert will help refine the brand’s digital presence, test new channels, and ensure marketing efforts support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Hands-on experience in Marketing and Marketing Strategy focused on performance and measurable outcomes.
- Practical knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support lead generation and conversion through marketing efforts.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic marketing automation.
- Ability to interpret data, build easy dashboards or reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in outdoor activities, adventure travel, or the Himalayas is an advantage.
