About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive – Fresher who is interested in building a career in digital and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should have completed a Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing course and should have basic practical knowledge of running and managing digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance including spend, CPC, CTR, conversions, ROAS and other key metrics.
- Support regular campaign optimisation based on performance data.
- Assist with audience research, targeting and retargeting.
- Perform basic keyword research for Google Ads.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Support basic SEO activities, keyword research and on-page optimisation.
- Stay updated with changes and best practices across Meta Ads,



Google Ads and digital marketing.

Required Skills
- Completed a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing course.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of how to create, set up and publish ad campaigns.
- Basic understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, budgets and optimisation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions and ROAS.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel would be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and work with performance data.

Who Can Apply?Freshers who have completed a practical Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing course and have a basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and campaign setup are encouraged to apply. Candidates who have worked on live campaigns during their course, internship or personal projects will be preferred.
