Job Summary

Glowing Digital is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of paid advertising, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and paid social campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation,



conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, policies, and best practices.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC and performance marketing.
- Practical experience in campaign setup, optimization, targeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients.
- Digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
