About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to support growth across Meta—Facebook and Instagram. You'll work with campaigns, audiences, creatives, leads, and performance data.

What You'll Do

- Support setup and execution of Meta Ads campaigns
- Research and test target audiences
- Assist with creative and messaging tests
- Monitor campaign metrics and support lead generation
- Analyze results and identify opportunities
- Work with the team on ad creatives
- Support customer-acquisition initiatives

What We're Looking For

Analytical mindset, comfort with numbers/data, curiosity about digital marketing, willingness to experiment, transparent communication, and ownership.

Good to have: Meta Ads Manager exposure, digital marketing projects, spreadsheet/analytics skills, or familiarity with basic marketing metrics.





Freshers Welcome

You don't need to be a Meta Ads expert. Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply and learn by doing.
