1. Position Overview

Designation: ​​Performance Marketing & Operations Manager

Employment: WeframeTech

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Total Working Time: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break

Ehroo: Approximately 4 hours per working day

WeframeTech: Approximately 4 hours per working day

Employment Structure: The employee will be employed by WeframeTech. Ehroo is a subsidiary/sister company operating under the WeframeTech group, and the employee may be assigned responsibilities and work across both WeframeTech and Ehroo as part of their role. The employee's employment, compensation, and primary employment relationship will remain with WeframeTech.

This document is intended to clearly define the responsibilities, ownership areas, reporting structure, working arrangement, and performance expectations for the Performance Marketing & Operations Manager role before the final offer letter is issued.

The objective is to ensure complete clarity around expectations and responsibilities from the beginning, avoiding ambiguity or operational issues after joining.

1. Employment & Compensation

- The employee will be employed by WeframeTech.
- The initial compensation for the role will be ₹50,000 to 60k per month
- Compensation will be reviewed after the first 4 months, based on performance, ownership, execution quality, and achievement of agreed KPIs.
- Any increase after 4 months will be subject to management evaluation and will not be automatic.
- The employee will be required to provide the last 3 months' salary slips as part of the joining and verification process.
- A full background verification will be conducted before/after joining as part of the company's employment process.
- Employment will remain subject to successful completion of the company's onboarding and verification requirements.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Operations Manager to join WeframeTech and take ownership of a large part of our growth, marketing execution, and business operations . This is not a role where you simply manage tasks or report numbers.

You will work directly with leadership and help turn business strategy into execution, systems, accountability, and revenue across WeframeTech and Ehroo .

The opportunity

You will have visibility across:

Performance Marketing → Demand Generation → SEO → Social Media → Email Outreach → Sales Pipeline → Client Operations → Team Execution → Process Building

You will work closely with the CSO and leadership team , while coordinating with specialists, marketers, designers, outreach teams, and project managers.

Your job is to make sure the entire system behind those campaigns works.

What you will own

Performance Marketing

Own the operational execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Work with our Ads Specialist and Design team to ensure campaigns, creatives, launches, tracking, reporting, and improvements happen on time.

Demand Generation & Outreach Work with our outreach team to build a consistent lead-generation engine.

You will oversee activity, follow-ups, replies, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and overall execution.

SEO

Our SEO team handles the actual SEO work.

You will make sure the system around them works.

You will track deliverables, deadlines, KPIs, blockers, and progress while ensuring leadership has clear visibility.

Social Media

Work directly with leadership to turn our content strategy into a consistent publishing machine.

You will own the calendar, coordination, deadlines, publishing workflow, and performance tracking.

Ehroo Operations

You will also work across selected Ehroo client and project operations.

You will coordinate with existing Project Managers and ensure projects have:

- Clear ownership
- Clear deadlines
- Clear status
- Proper follow-ups
- Early escalation of blockers
- Strong client communication
- Better processes

Build the operating system This is one of the most important parts of the role.

We don't want someone who simply asks:

"Is this task done?"

We want someone who asks:

"Why isn't this moving, what is blocking it, who owns it, and what system can we build so this doesn't happen again?"

You will build and improve:

- KPI dashboards
- Project trackers
- Marketing workflows

- Weekly operating rhythms
- Execution frameworks
