About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketeer Meta Ads to manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, drive high-quality lead generation, and support the scaling of digital acquisition campaigns.

The role will focus primarily on campaign management, optimization, testing, and distribution, enabling the Performance Marketing team to scale campaigns efficiently.

The overall strategy targets 10,000 daily leads and scaling toward 50 lakh daily conversion, making campaign scalability, optimization, and lead quality key requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance and lead quality.
- Conduct audience, creative, and campaign-level testing.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Content, Creative, and Social Media teams for campaign requirements.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support high-volume lead generation campaigns.
- Work closely with the Meta Lead to execute the monthly brand-priority allocation strategy.




- Ensure campaigns comply with applicable financial advertising policies and internal compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Expertise in campaign creation, optimization, and scaling.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Experience in campaign budget management.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-oriented environment.
- Experience in FinTech/NBFC/BFSI advertising will be preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 25 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to make quick optimization decisions.
- Experience handling large campaign budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Prior experience in FinTech, NBFC, BFSI, lending, or financial services will be preferred.
