We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing, a good understanding of Meta Ads, and an interest in the latest marketing trends and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and key performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct audience research and support campaign targeting strategies.
- Test different creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and advertising trends.
- Explore and use AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign planning and execution.




- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign insights to the team.

Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to current platforms, tools, and marketing trends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
