We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth, leads, customer acquisition, and conversions.

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and other KPIs.

- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign research.

- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.

- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

- Track leads, conversions, and customer acquisition through analytics and tracking tools.

- Work with the content/design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.

- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.

- Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.





- Monitor marketing funnels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, attribution, and digital marketing trends.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and attribution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization.

- Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet performance targets.

- Positive communication and reporting skills.

Preffered

- Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, SaaS, e-commerce, or startups.

- Experience with lead-generation and customer-acquisition campaigns.

- Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, retargeting, and marketing automation.

- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining target CPA/ROAS.
