Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Jaipur.

The Performance

Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to improve return on ad spend. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to develop compelling creatives, landing pages, and messaging aligned with business objectives.

The Performance

Marketer will also conduct A/B tests, track key metrics,



and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing, including managing paid search, social media ads, display campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Ability to work with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager) and interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as audience targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
- Comfortable collaborating with content and design teams to create effective ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role is preferred; internship or project-based experience is also valued.
