Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram / Noida
Key Responsibilities
- Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Core HR & Absence Management.
- Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, SQL, SQR & Integration Broker.
- Handle configurations, customizations, integrations, testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with business and technical teams.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant PeopleSoft HCM experience.
- Solid Core HR and Absence Management knowledge.
- Good techno-functional and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
