The Executive Mixing & Pelletizing will operate and control the pelletizing line at the Padgha, Bhiwandi factory, ensuring consistent pellet quality, accurate inventory and dispatch records, and a safe, well-organized work area, while supporting production planning and manpower coordination on the line.Role & responsibilities

Start, control, and stop the pelletizing machine; adjust steam, pressure, and temperature settings.

- Test pellets for correct size, texture, and moisture; reject bad batches and pack good batches.
- Carry out light repairs, grease parts, clear clogs, and keep the work area clean.
- Record output numbers, machine run times, and faults accurately.
- Share daily updates with all stakeholders consistently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy reduce mismatches, ensure zero stockouts, optimize stock levels, and ensure real-time data entry.
- Ensure timely delivery of pelletized material to stakeholders.




- Support production planning and scheduling optimization.
- Maintain a hazard-free work environment and adhere to all local industrial and environmental regulations.
- Ensure dispatch accuracy and documentation accuracy (Delivery Challan).
- Handle manpower on the line and maintain 5S standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: 10th to 12th pass; ITI training preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a factory or plant setting.
- Skills: Positive with tools, basic computer knowledge, and safety-focused.
- Other: Quick learner, keen to pick up new processes and equipment.
- Prior experience operating pelletizing, extrusion, or similar mixing/processing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
