About the Role

Talview is looking for an AI-first People Operations Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, performance management, employee engagement, and people analytics.

You will combine HR expertise with data and AI tools to improve employee experience, automate recurring processes, and deliver accurate, timely insights for leadership. Success will be measured through improvements in process efficiency, accuracy, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding, using Zoho People as the system of record.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and updated employee records.
- Resolve employee queries within defined timelines.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and recommend actions to improve retention and processes.

People Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare dashboards and reports on Return to Office (RTO), work-from-home credits, attrition, leave, and performance.
- Use AI-assisted analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Automate recurring reports, data reconciliation, and exception tracking.
- Provide timely, actionable insights to support leadership decisions.

Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute a quarterly engagement calendar covering employee events, hobby groups, milestone celebrations, and team activities.
- Manage Rewards & Recognition communications, open houses, and employee surveys.
- Use AI and automation for communications, reminders, scheduling, and feedback analysis.
- Track participation and satisfaction, and refine initiatives based on results.

Performance Management

- Own quarterly self-assessments, manager reviews, and appraisal timelines.
- Prepare performance reports and talent insights for leadership.
- Ensure accurate and timely appraisal letters and payroll inputs.




- Maintain audit-ready records and improve the performance management process each cycle.

AI & Process Automation

- Identify and implement AI-driven, automated, or scripted solutions for recurring HR tasks.
- Build, configure, and maintain HR AI agents, including a Culture Agent, Rewards & Recognition Agent, and Employee Query Bot.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, and low-code bot builders in daily workflows.
- Define automation requirements and measure improvements in manual effort, turnaround time, and query resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6months–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP support, or People Analytics.
- Robust Excel skills and experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on use of AI tools for productivity and process automation.
- Ability to define requirements for automation and bots; coding expertise is not essential.
- Strong ownership, process orientation, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or similar no-code/low-code tools.
- Exposure to building or configuring chatbots and AI agents.
- Familiarity with Zoho People.
