TCS is looking for experienced Pega Developers with strong expertise in Pega PRPC Platform, Case Management, and Application Development. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega application development and support

• Mandatory experience in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and Business Process Management (BPM)
- Robust knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander, workflows, UI development, and integrations
- Experience in designing and developing applications using Pega 8.x Platform
- Hands-on experience with Case Types, Data Pages, Flows, Decision Rules, Activities, and Integrations
- Experience in REST/SOAP services, APIs, and external system integrations




- Strong understanding of application performance tuning, debugging, and optimization
- Experience in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Knowledge of Pega Customer Service, Smart Dispute, CDH, or other Pega frameworks is an added advantage
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, migrations, enhancements, and support projects
- CSSA certification is mandatory; CSA/CLSA certifications are preferred
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Mandatory expertise in Pega PRPC, BPM, Case Management, Integrations, Decisioning, and Application Development
- Hands-on experience in enterprise-scale Pega implementations across multiple business domains
