A PDI Technician is responsible for checking and preparing products (usually vehicles) before they are delivered to customers. Their job ensures everything is in perfect condition.

- Inspect current vehicles before delivery to the customer.
- Check the vehicle’s engine, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, lights, AC, battery, and other components.
- Perform the PDI checklist according to Tata Motors/dealer standards.
- Identify manufacturing, transportation, or assembly-related defects.
- Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements when required.
- Check vehicle fluid levels, tyre pressure, battery condition, and warning indicators.
- Conduct a road test to identify abnormal noise, vibration, braking, or handling issues.




- Use diagnostic equipment/scanners to identify electronic faults.
- Maintain accurate PDI inspection reports and records.
- Coordinate with the service advisor, workshop technicians, and sales team to resolve issues before delivery.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, complete, and ready for customer handover.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and Tata Motors quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
