To manage and supervise the Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities for W-Beam products, ensuring that finished products meet required quality standards, customer specifications, drawings, and applicable standards before dispatch.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-dispatch inspection of W-Beam products, including dimensional, visual, and quality checks as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify product dimensions, thickness, hole patterns, coating/galvanizing quality, surface finish, and other specified parameters.
- Ensure inspection activities are carried out in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, and approved inspection plans.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain PDI reports, inspection records, checklists, and other quality documentation.




- Monitor non-conforming products and ensure necessary corrective actions are completed before release for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team for final product clearance and ensure only approved material is dispatched to customers.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of W-Beam manufacturing, inspection, and quality control processes.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of steel products, galvanizing/coating processes, and relevant quality standards.
- Ability to identify product defects and coordinate effective corrective actions.
- Positive documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
- Robust communication, coordination, and team-management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
