Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Production Verification: Check job cards, prepare printing screens per required process specifications, and verify PCB material type, thickness, panel size, and circuit/masking/legend colors before starting production.

- Setup &
- Machine Operation:

Set up and operate both automated screen printing machines and manual printing tables following standard operating procedures.

- Equipment &

- Process Tuning:

Inspect screen squeegees, check alignment, test ink viscosity, and adjust machine settings prior to printing runs.

- Quality Assurance &

- Approval:

Monitor printing quality, perform first-piece inspections, and secure Quality Control (QC) sign-off before commencing full production runs.

- Maintenance, 5S &

- Safety:

Complete machine cleaning alongside daily/monthly maintenance checklists; strictly adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety protocols, 5S, and housekeeping guidelines.

- Documentation &

- Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate production output, rejection rate,



rework logs, and process-parameter records.

- Training &

- Leadership:

Train and mentor new operators, providing complete instruction on production processes, darkroom protocols, and machine operation.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Education: 10th / 12th + ITI in a relevant technical trade.

- Experience: 5–7 years of direct hands-on experience in PCB screen printing and darkroom operations.

- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of screen preparation, ink viscosity management, squeegee angle/pressure adjustments, and photolithography/darkroom protected-light procedures.

- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality control standards, and a focus on maintaining 5S safety protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
