Key Responsibilities

Job Card & Material Check: Verify job travelers, panel dimensions, board thickness, and scoring drawings before starting setup.

Machine Set-Up & Tooling: Install V-groove blades, set top/bottom cutter alignment, adjust scoring depth.

Precision Measurements: Calculate and maintain specified remaining web thickness (retained core thickness) and groove angles using micrometer, depth gauge, or optical comparator.

First-Piece Approval & QC: Perform first-off scoring inspection, check for burrs, registration offsets, or copper exposure, and obtain QC approval before mass production.

Production & Machine Care: Maintain continuous production flow, perform routine blade changes, explicit dust/chips, and carry out daily/monthly machine maintenance checklists.

Training: Assist in training new or junior operators on machine operations, blade setting, and safe panel handling.

5S & Logging: Strictly follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, maintain 5S standards on the shop floor, and record production, rejection, rework, and blade usage logs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: 10th / 12th + ITI or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics trade.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating PCB V-grooving / scoring machines in a PCB manufacturing unit.
- Key Skills: Proficiency with micrometers, vernier calipers, pin gauges, and optical measurement devices; strong understanding of PCB panelization and tolerance limits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
