Key Responsibilities:

- Gerber &
- CAD File Processing:

Import and process customer schematics, netlists, and Gerber files (RS-274X, ODB++) using CAM software (Genesis 2000, CAM350, InCAM, or Altium).

- DFM / DRC Analysis: Perform comprehensive Design for Manufacturing and Design Rule Checks; identify trace clearances, annular ring defects, solder mask slivers, and copper-to-edge violations.

- Panelization &

- Tooling Setup:

Design production array panel layouts (multipane) with break-tabs, fiducials, tooling holes, V-score lines, and coupon test structures.

- CNC &

- Artwork Output Generation:

Generate phototool films, NC drill programs, CNC routing profiles, BBT netlists, and solder mask/legend artwork files.

- Customer &

- Engineering Liaison:

Communicate directly with customers or internal hardware engineers to resolve design queries (EQs), stack-up adjustments, and layer modification requests.

- Documentation &

- Archive:

Maintain strict revision control,



technical file archives, job sheets, and process parameters for production handoff.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 3–6 years in PCB CAM engineering, CAD layout, or photolithography preparation within a PCB manufacturing facility.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in CAM tools (e.g., Genesis 2000, UcamX, CAM350) and CAD tools (Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or Allegro).

- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of IPC-2221/IPC-6012 standards, multi-layer stack-up planning, blind/buried vias, surface finishes, and fabrication tolerances.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
