Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliance. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain data integrity across HRIS and finance platforms, support process automation, and deliver a smooth payroll experience for employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Execute, validate, and finalize monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and payouts.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws, tax regulations, statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and timely filing of monthly/annual returns.
- HRIS & Finance Integration: Partner with HR Operations and Finance to align payroll data with systems, resolve discrepancies, and streamline reporting.
- Employee Support & Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries, tax declarations, and payslip breakdowns, delivering timely and accurate solutions.
- Process Automation & Analytics: Utilize MS Excel, G-Suite,



and AI tools to generate payroll reports, track metrics, and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Operational & Transition Support: Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding documentation, leave/attendance inputs, and operational tasks related to organizational changes or integrations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 3–6 years of direct experience in end-to-end payroll processing and HR operations.
- Solid knowledge of Indian statutory compliances, labor laws, and tax computations.
- Hands-on experience working with modern HRIS and payroll software platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas) and G-Suite; familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.
- High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and employees.
