Key Responsibilities
- Monthly payroll processing &
salary calculations
- Attendance & leave data verification
- PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & statutory deductions
- PF & ESIC challan preparation and compliance support
- Employee onboarding & maintaining employee records
- Preparation of salary slips and payroll reports
- Client coordination & follow-ups for payroll and compliance
- Handling employee payroll-related queries
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Payroll / HR / Compliance
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC & payroll calculations preferred
- Good communication and client coordination skills
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
