Job Title: Performance Marketer D2C

Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 4-5 years

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in scaling product-based D2C businesses.

If you have successfully scaled sales for Skincare, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Herbal, Wellness or similar consumer products, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Own

- Plan, execute and scale Meta & Google Ads
- Take ownership of D2C sales and customer acquisition
- Build and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, AOV and conversion rate
- Test creatives, videos, UGC, ad copies and landing pages
- Identify winning products, audiences and campaigns and scale them
- Manage and grow advertising budgets while maintaining profitability
- Work closely with the creative and e-commerce teams to drive sales
- Analyse performance and turn data into transparent growth actions





What We’re Looking For

- 4–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Strong experience in product-based D2C brands
- Proven experience scaling online product sales
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce funnels
- Data-driven approach with strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV and LTV
- Experience in Skincare / Cosmetics / Personal Care / Herbal / Wellness / FMCG is highly preferred
