Foresight Eye Clinic is looking for a confident and patient-friendly patient counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding patients throughout their treatment journey, explaining procedures and packages clearly, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients regarding recommended eye treatments and procedures
- Explain treatment plans, surgery processes, packages, and payment options clearly
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and the clinical team
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, and planned surgeries
- Handle patient enquiries through calls and in-person interactions
- Maintain records of patient counselling and follow-ups
- Assist with scheduling surgeries and treatment appointments
- Address basic patient queries and direct medical questions to the concerned doctor




- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients and their families
- Support the front desk and patient coordination team when required

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Previous experience in patient counselling, hospitals, eye clinics, healthcare, or similar roles preferred
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with patients over phone and in person
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain patient records
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Professional and patient-friendly approach
