- Counseling -Receive the patients with smile, guiding them to choose their packages, answering patients' queries
- Scheduling the Surgeries-Sent for Investigations and Physician or Anesthetist clearance, taking care of High risk cases, emergency cases and vulnerable patients and pre op
- Admission-Guiding patients to payment, Consent taking, Dilatation, Shifting in to Pre-op area with correct wrist band
- Discharge-Coordination with Surgeon and other departments for surgery, post operative instructions, visit to ward, post Op calls, Hand over the discharge summaries.
- Avoid Reschedules & Drop Outs-minimum Reschedules of surgeries By proper planning and Making calls to drop out patients to scheduling surgeries
