We are looking for a Patient Appointment Scheduler to manage patient calls, appointments, scheduling requests, and related patient information for a US Healthcare process.

Experience: 3–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Coordinate appointments with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility.
- Handle patient queries related to appointments, referrals, and provider availability.
- Update and maintain accurate patient information in EHR/EMR systems.
- Manage appointment queues, follow-ups, and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling and patient-related issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to HIPAA and healthcare processes.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA/KPI requirements.
- Support process improvement and assist team members with complex scheduling issues.
- Requirements:




- 3–6 years of experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Patient Scheduling / Patient Access.
- Robust experience in appointment scheduling and patient calling.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare, insurance, and eligibility processes.
- Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR or Practice Management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong patient handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of HIPAA and patient data confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume calls.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
- Preferred: Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW), Epic, Athenahealth, or other US healthcare platforms.
