We are looking for a Partnerships & Operations Associate to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role combining business operations, sales, client management, partnerships, and community building.

The candidate will work closely with the founding team to support business growth, manage client relationships, coordinate wellness programs, and build a strong network of psychologists and mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Generate leads and identify potential clients across corporates, universities, and organizations
- Conduct outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Manage sales conversations, follow-ups, proposals, and client relationships
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities

Business Operations

- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of wellness programs and workshops
- Manage communication between clients, psychologists, trainers, and internal teams
- Track projects, timelines, deliverables, and business metrics
- Prepare reports,



proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvement

Psychologist Community

- Build and grow a community of psychologists and mental health professionals
- Identify, onboard, and engage psychologists and wellness experts
- Develop strong professional relationships with the mental health community

Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student from any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with sales, outreach, follow-ups, and client conversations
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership
- Valuable working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in sales, business development, operations, community building, or startups is a plus
