About the Role:

We are looking for a Partnerships Associate who will help us build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, referral partners, and other stakeholders. You will play an important role in expanding our partner network and creating opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate with partners to understand their services, specialties, pricing, and requirements.
- Explore and develop new partnership and business opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, discussions, and partnership negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Patient Care, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner coordination.
- Follow up with partners regularly and ensure timely closure of discussions.
- Track partnership performance and prepare basic reports and updates.




- Support the team in developing new markets and expanding CureMeAbroad’s healthcare network.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, healthcare, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and professional outreach.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and partnerships at the same time.
- Strong ownership, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and other basic business tools.
