Join In Campus is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) to join our team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, and recruitment partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Manage regular communication, follow-ups, and partner requirements.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements.
- Support partner meetings, webinars, presentations, training sessions, and events.
- Handle partner queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Track partner activities, applications, business performance, and communication.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
- Contribute towards partnership growth and business development targets.

? What We’re Looking For





✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

✅ 1–4 years of experiencein Partner Relationship Management, Business Development, or the education/overseas education industry.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

✅ Ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and follow-ups.

✅ Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting.

✅ Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events when required.
