Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage end-to-end partner acquisition pipeline: lead gen, screening, background check, documentation, activation.
- Develop sourcing channels: local communities, referral programs, placement agencies, WhatsApp groups.
- Set and deliver supply targets per hub.
- Own partner documentation and KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, bank linkage, agreement signing.
- Build the referral engine for partner sourcing.
- Track and optimize the supply funnel: leads, screening conversion, training pass rate.
- Pre-seed supply for current hub launches 2–3 weeks before go-live.
