Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with university and recruitment partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner communication and operations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones.
- Regularly follow up with partners regarding applications, admissions, campaigns, events, and business opportunities.
- Handle partner queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of partner communication, activities, and business performance.
- Support partner meetings, presentations, webinars, training sessions, and events.
- Monitor partner requirements and coordinate internally for timely execution.




- Work towards achieving partnership and business growth targets.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in partner relationship management or in overseas education industry.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and follow-ups efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings/events when required.
