Part-Time Sports Operations & Media Executive

Sprinters Sports Club is looking for an organised and energetic person to help manage day-to-day sports operations and social media activities.

This is a hands-on part-time role involving regular presence at training sessions, working with athletes, parents and coaches, handling routine administration and follow-ups, and creating social media content for the club.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend Sprinters training sessions, currently 3 days a week
- Manage attendance and athlete records
- Coordinate demo sessions and new enquiries
- Follow up with parents and athletes
- Track fees and pending payments
- Support competition registrations and forms
- Send routine WhatsApp updates
- Take photos and videos during training sessions and competitions
- Create reels, stories, posts and updates using the club's content strategy and templates
- Maintain a regular social media posting schedule
- Keep photos and videos organised
- Manage basic admin and follow-ups
- Support local promotions and club activities

Requirements

- Reliable and organised




- Comfortable speaking with parents, athletes and coaches
- Positive with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic digital tools
- Comfortable taking smartphone photos and videos
- Comfortable creating basic social media content
- Familiar with Instagram, reels and stories
- Interested in sport, fitness or athletics
- Freshers are welcome
- Attitude, ownership and consistency are more important than formal experience

Work Structure

- Part-time
- Flexible working hours
- Training sessions currently 3 days a week
- Administrative, communication and social-media work can be managed flexibly around the training sessions
- Regular presence required at Sprinters training locations in Mumbai

Compensation ₹12,000 per month

Performance incentives may be added based on admissions and execution.
