We recruit, screen, and place back-office professionals for international clients across the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Our roles span pricing and quotation, import/export operations, shipping documentation, customer service, inside sales, accounting, and bilingual support.

We are a lean, fast-moving team that values accuracy, speed, and domain knowledge. This role sits at the heart of our hiring pipeline — your screening quality directly determines the candidates our client's interview.

What You Will Do

- Source and shortlist candidate profiles on Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn for active logistics and freight forwarding roles
- Screen CVs against detailed job descriptions - filtering for relevant freight forwarding experience, functional skills (pricing, operations, documentation, customer service, accounts), and client-specific requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic or WhatsApp pre-screening calls to verify candidate availability, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and willingness to work in client time zones (US/UK/Europe)
- Maintain an organised candidate tracker (Excel) with clear status tags - sourced, contacted, shortlisted, rejected, interview scheduled




- Coordinate availability and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the hiring manager
- Build and maintain a warm talent pool tagged by function (pricing, ops, customer service, accounts) for future role starts
- Provide a daily or alternate-day update on pipeline status, applications reviewed, and candidates shortlisted
- Post job descriptions on Naukri, Indeed, and other job boards as directed and monitor incoming applications

What We Are Looking For Essential — you must have these:

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment screening, HR coordination, or talent acquisition
- Working knowledge of Naukri and Indeed — able to search, filter, and shortlist independently without supervision
- Strong reading ability — can scan a CV in 60-90 seconds and identify whether a candidate's background fits a freight forwarding role
- Clear written and spoken English — comfortable communicating with candidates via WhatsApp, phone, or email
- Organised and reliable - able to maintain trackers, meet daily screening targets, and flag issues proactively
- Available Monday to Friday, 4 focused hours daily at a fixed agreed window

Strongly preferred — candidates with these will be prioritised:

- Prior screening experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, NVOCC, or customs brokerage roles
- Familiarity with freight forwarding job functions — knows what a pricing executive, import coordinator, or freight operations specialist actually does




- Experience screening for international time zone roles (US EST, UK GMT, European CET) — aware of how to handle the relevant candidate conversations around shift timings
- Exposure to Naukri Resdex or similar resume database search — able to run Boolean/keyword searches independently
- Prior experience at a staffing company, recruitment firm, or internal HR team that handled logistics or supply chain hiring

This Role Is NOT for You If

- You have only placed profiles without ever actually reading and screening CVs yourself
- You need handholding on basic sourcing — we need someone who can run Naukri and Indeed independently from day one
- You are looking for a full-time position — this is a committed part-time role and will remain so
- You have no familiarity with logistics, freight, or supply chain roles and are not willing to learn the domain quickly
- You cannot commit to a fixed daily window - irregular availability will not work for this pipeline
