Part-Time Flutter & UI/UX Trainer

Glace Byte IT Solutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Flutter & UI/UX Trainer to join our academic training team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing practical training to college students in Flutter and UI/UX design using Figma.

This is a training/teaching position, not a software development role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training sessions for college students.
- Teach Flutter and Dart from basic to practical application development concepts.
- Teach UI/UX design using Figma.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Demonstrate concepts through practical examples and hands-on exercises.
- Guide students in creating mobile application interfaces and projects.
- Assist students with doubts, assignments and practical activities.
- Conduct project-based and practical learning sessions.
- Prepare or follow training materials, exercises and demonstrations.
- Maintain an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor students' learning progress and provide guidance when required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Flutter
- Good knowledge of Dart
- Good practical knowledge of Figma
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Interest in teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions

Experience Candidates with practical experience in Flutter,



UI/UX and Figma are encouraged to apply.

Teaching/training experience will be an advantage, but candidates with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills who are interested in teaching are also welcome to apply.

Candidates who have worked on Flutter projects, UI/UX projects or Figma designs are preferred.

College campuses / educational institutions associated with Glace Byte IT Solutions, primarily in and around Kottayam, Kerala.

Job Type

Part-time

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and training requirements.

Alternatively, compensation may be structured on an hourly/session basis depending on the training schedule.
