Qty Qualifications & Requirements

2  Experience: 2 to 5 years operating roll-fed or flatbed automatic die-cutting machinery.  Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of web tension, and optical sensor calibration.  Education: Technical diploma or high school certificate with proven machinery operator training.  Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long shifts and safely handle heavy industrial equipment.

Job Objective & Key Responsibilities

: Set up and operate automatic roll-fed die cutting and stripping machines (e.g. Dakiou PY-1200HS) to convert pre-printed paper rolls into finished packaging blanks with maximum speed and minimal waste.





Key Responsibilities  Setup & Tooling: Install heavy steel-rule die plates and adjust automatic waste-stripping pins.  Material Loading: Secure heavy jumbo paper rolls onto the unwinder using hydraulic lifts or cranes.  Operation & Tuning: Calibrate optical photocell sensors to align cuts perfectly with printed designs.  Quality Control: Inspect ongoing high-speed outputs to ensure exact dimensions and zero defects.  Maintenance & Safety: Clean and lubricate components daily, monitor air pressure, and follow strict safety protocols.
