Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Paid Media Intern to support our digital marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in performance marketing and gain hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Support

Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Support audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign structuring.

Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization.
- Performance Tracking

Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL,



and conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Assist in identifying optimization opportunities.
- Creative Coordination

Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and campaign assets.

Support A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

- Research & Analysis

Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Stay updated on platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices.

Assist in keyword research and audience analysis.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
