Role & responsibilities

- Pack jewellery items including earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings neatly and securely.

- Ensure products are placed in the correct boxes, pouches and branded packaging.

- Follow brand standards for presentation, labelling and finishing.

- Inspect jewellery for defects, damage, missing stones or incorrect items before packing.

- Check product quality, cleanliness and appearance before dispatch.

- Attach and verify SKU, barcode and price labels accurately.

- Prepare customer orders according to order sheets/packing lists.

- Cross-check SKUs and quantities before sealing packages.

- Prepare shipments for courier pickup and dispatch.

- Maintain adequate stock of boxes, pouches, bubble wrap, tapes and other packaging materials.

- Coordinate with QC, production and dispatch teams.

- Maintain daily packing records, order sheets and work logs.





- Weigh packages and assist with packing lists/shipping documentation.

- Sort daily orders according to shipment categories.

- Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of experience in packaging, order packing, jewellery packaging, e-commerce packing or warehouse operations.

- Jewellery packaging experience will be preferred.

- Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

- Ability to handle delicate jewellery products carefully.

- Basic understanding of SKU, barcode and product labels.

- Positive organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic documentation and order-sheet handling skills.
